Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 8 June 2009. After that, late abstracts will be considered for poster presentations.

We would very much appreciate if you submitted your abstract using the LaTeX template provided here. A sample abstract prepared using the template can be found here (from this source code).

Please send your abstract (as an attached LaTeX file) by email to enquiries@aperiodic09.org, using "Abstract YourName Talk" or "Abstract YourName Poster" in the subject line to express your preference.

If you do not receive an email acknowledgement within a couple of working days, please contact us.

If you cannot use the LaTeX template, please submit your abstract by email as plain text, including the following information:

• title
• list of authors (marking the presenting author by (x))
• corresponding list of affiliations
• abstract text
• references (if any)

Please keep the abstract to at most half an A4 page in length, and do not include figures. It would help us if you could try to follow the sample abstract layout as closely as possible. Thank you.
