The University's main campus is conveniently located 80km north of Central London, midway between Oxford and Cambridge, and just off the M1 motorway, linking it to Birmingham and the north of England. The Milton Keynes Central train station is on the East Coast Main Line.

By car

You do not need a permit to park on the Open University campus.

A small dedicated visitor parking area (which is signposted) is available in front of the Berrill Building, near the entrance to the Open University campus from the V10 (Brickhill Street). It takes about five minutes to walk from the visitor car park to the Hub Theatre.

The closest car parks are the St. Michaels Church, adjacent to the Church, and the South West parking areas. Please note that, although there usually are some spaces available, these may be full, in particular if you arrive after 9.30 am. In that case, the most likely places to find a space are the Visitor Parking area mentioned above or the East Parking (in particular the Overspill Parking) areas nearby.

By train/bus/cycle

Five railway stations serve Milton Keynes. The main station is Milton Keynes Central which is about four miles from the campus. Others are Bletchley (linking with Bedford), Bow Brickhill, Woburn Sands, and Wolverton.
