Tucson 2000 People

Me, myself and I (yep, all three of us) at the Tuesday evening poster session. The title of my
poster was A FORMAL FRAMEWORK FOR EMERGENT PANPSYCHISM and you can
read the abstract here.

L/R: Anand Rangarajan and Michael Silberstein. Anand and I hope to launch the PANPSYCHE
mailing list and website(s) soon ...

L/R: Me and Michael Silberstein (he's kind of happy as you can tell). I'm still waiting for those journal
papers you promised me, Mike ...

L/R: William Seager, Scott Hagan, Peter Farleigh (lurking in the background) and Adam Burns (thanks
for activating my neural substrate on that one, Peter). Scott and I have recently been discussing emergence
and nothing - and I'm serious about our mutual preoccupation with the latter ...

L/R: Peter Farleigh, Andy Ross and John Sanfey. Peter's really into Whiteheadian process thought
which is great because so am I. He also likes Philip Glass which is another shared passion. Andy's
a pretty hard-headed computer scientist who's into physics and philosophy and made a great sparring
partner while I sipped Taco soup at a restaurant. John is a general practitioner and into Bohm and
Krishnamurti - but don't worry, Anand has already laid the foundations for his conversion to
panpsychism (we'll fight about whether it's to be Whiteheadian or Rosenbergian panpsychism later,
Anand ...)
