Co-investigator: European Commission (EC) funding for the EGOV4U 'E-government for you' project. This project is part of the EC's Competitiveness and Innovation Programme; collaboration with Dublin City Council, Local councils Association in Malta, Milton Keynes Council, Reykjavik (Iceland) council and Rijeka (Croatia) council.
