May 19-23: Twelve MKAC athletes walk the West Highland Way in just over four and a half days. They were Chris and Brian Daniells, Dave Findel-Hawkins, Brian Graves, Merrian Lancaster, Chris Mahon, Gill and Steve McMorrow, Val Russell, John Seed, Sylvia Smith and Alec Walliker. Route runs north from Milngavie (north of Glasgow), for 95 miles with nearly 12,000 feet of climb via Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor and Glencoe to finish at Fort William.
