Having problems with the size of the image when you open up a picture in Internet Explorer? Click on "internet options" on the "Tools" menu, click on the "Advanced" tab, find "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" under "Multimedia" and click on the box to turn it "on". The next time you open a picture it should automatically resize to fit your screen.
When you click on "refresh" on the view menu does it go back to the front page? Right click on the page, select "properties", cut and paste the "Address(URL)" into the box at the top of the screen, and press "return". The page can now be refreshed.

February 11: MMK wins all five overall trophies plus six sets of gold team medals, three silvers and a bronze. There were wins on the day for Emma Mears and Jack Meijer, and second places for Alfred Yabsley, James Dowsett, Sonja de Koning and Lara Bromilow. 91 runners turned out to compete for the club on a very cold day at Campbell Park, Milton Keynes. Congratulations to the team managers: Doug Yabsley, Sharon Edghill, Richard Pownall and Jackson Ryan.
