Meet at Clubhouse Stantonbury.  Training on redways close to track.

Sat

22 Dec

Session – mix of fartlek, hills at tempo.  There will be a mix of athletes – all abilities and ages.  Everyone welcome.

9.30 – 11

Training will be in Campbell Park, near Belvedere Hill on top half of Bucks XC course.  Meet car park between Skeldon Gate and Silbury Boulevard.  If shoppers have taken it over then park down by Cricket Pavilion and jog up.

Interval session:  2 x (4 x 1 mins + 4 x 2 mins); recovery same as effort with extra 2 mins between sets.  Everyone welcome.  We will always regroup between efforts.  Total distance running approx 7.5 miles.
