Tuesday and Thursday sessions leave Stantonbury Track at 7pm sharp.
Tuesday sessions are designed to build up speed towards the Wolverton 5 (24/11/12) and stamina towards spring marathons.
These should be run at a fast pace but not exhausting. 
We re-group during the recovery periods, those at the front jog back to pick up those at the back.
Thursday hill reps are designed to build strength for the XC season.
Each session will involve approximately 24 minutes effort.
